My car got rammed into last night. I wasn't in it or anything which is good, it was just parked out front of my house. Evidently an old woman crashed into my mother's car which then rammed into mine sending it forward into a handicap sign. I'm glad it was a sign that stopped it and not other person's car or fence or anything. Good times, right? So now mother and I are carless for a few days until the cars get fixed.

This is a (modeling) friend of mine who just did his first commercial!! He's the guy wearing the black tank top and black shorts on the yellow scooter in the beginning of the video.

Congrats Tang!

I heard about a few suicide prevention and awareness groups got very upset with M. Night Shyamalan’s new movie "The Happening". Some groups are even trying to have it taken out of theaters. I tried finding more information about it online, and this is what I came across...
I personally would stand behind these groups. I think the movie is too much.

Read the article.
Not that I'm in the process of getting married, or even engaged for that matter. Just when I read it, it reminded me of me, and my feelings of 'the big day'.

"Oh hey, I didn't see you there. Actually I did, I saw you the whole time. You're pretty close to the screen."

This sentence is what I hear when I first click www.jasonmraz.com. It's been a month or so since I came to Jason Mraz's official homepage. And it's been revamped since I last visited. And what a personality it has! I find it so entertaining, when you click on each link in the navigation Jason "talks" to you. He's silly, and it reminds me a lot of when I saw him in concert last year. And the hand drawn look of each page makes me very happy. I love the interactivity! I don't want to leave the page- I find it so amusing!

The site is very unique to say the least. From the look of it, the drawn face on the homepage that speaks when you first enter. And Jason Mraz's voice that follows you from page to page. It seems personable because you actually have the artists voice making weird comments. I like the little scribbles/ pictures on each page. Like what our reading in the Site-Seeing book mentioned… images are a powerful means of communication. They communicate concepts quickly and effectively. The styles of images influence personality. In this site, because of the images, the rest of the pages are very simple because if there was more to it, it'd be too much.

The font is in a writing that is small, but very legible. It could pass as handwriting- as if Jason hand-wrote everything you're looking at. I think Jason Mraz is a unique person and artist, and his web site totally reflects that.
