I wasn't aware of certain sports that were in the olympics... such as Sailing, Trampoline, Taekwondo, Judo, Handball and Badminton.
Pretty sweet huh?
Too bad the athletes have to compete in the biggest ball of pollution and have difficulty breathing because of the heat and humidity.
Who needs to breathe anyway??
So much in this life is unpredictable but God's love is certain.

I feel the need to constantly be reminded of this…it's difficult to have all 3 of those down 24/7
also, forgive others and forgive yourself! Sometimes you're your own worst enemy. But we are told that we shouldn't tear ourselves down. Self-negation is not a part of humility or holines or sanctification. How often do we rip ourselves apart? ..let alone other people ripping you apart.
We all have issues, and problems with people, friends, family whatever. But bottom line is that when you're able to forgive someone who's hurt you beyond repair—so much healing can come from it. I truly think God blesses you when you're fully able to let things go and give them over to him. Besides, that hurt, anger, stress etc... we aren't meant to carry it.
